Been going to Mrs Tammy for 5 plus years . Her attitude and her quality has changed throughout the years . She is now a rude woman and handles dogs in a way which made me no longer do business with her again.Tammy has been servicing 4 dogs for me and her workers are nice and polite and do good work but Tammy not so much. I took my 6 month old pup to her a few time's for nail trimming and she never did the Dew Claw and she even noticed it and said wonder why they never cut it out .I noticed she didn't cut it and it was curling up so I went back in and man was she rude . Said im not in a good mood and not to mess with her . I was very upset and told her she should go home then if she was in a bad mood and not deal with customers on stuff she should of done when paid and tipped for She then did the job I paid her for and tossed the clippers on the desk in my direction and said bye and to take my dogs elsewhere as she didn't have time for this crap . I will post this everywhere as I am a Business Owner and no customer should EVER be treated the way I was . You lost some very good customers and it was all over your rude attitude and your actions on how you handled this matter .Dont be fooled by her used to be nice meet and greet she also handles dogs very ruff and has also sent my pups back to me with grooming I didnt ask for and burn rashes for cutting to close .Not to mention my dogs smelled like cigarettes after grooming as she is a heavy smoker .

My two little fur babies had a 5 day stay! They were given the star treatment during their boarding experience! They looked beautiful when I picked them up! Best boarding, highly recommended!!

They treated out fur baby with the upmost care and love was very happy to hear everything went smooth and without incident. Will def be using this kennel Sim again soon
